    Who am I?

    Olga Gavrilova, PhD, is a talent development & tech leader at EPAM Systems, Singapore. With more than 15 years of experience in academic and corporate education, alongside hands-on IT production expertise, she has spent nearly a decade in EPAM’s Asia Pacific offices, building and leading the region's talent development function, operating skills-first people processes, and consulting for clients on AI-powered, data- and skills-based talent management systems.

    As part of a global organization, Olga has partnered with various governmental institutions in Asia to disseminate technical knowledge, bridge the gap between academia and industry, and promote graduates’ employability and mid-career pivots.

    Olga holds a PhD in linguistics and multiple IT and non-IT certifications. She spends her free time exploring Asia’s rich cultural heritage.
