Who am I?

Teck Lim Poh, CPTD®, is an international facilitator, trainer, coach, and author with more than three decades of experience designing and delivering learning experiences for leaders and organizations across 26 countries.

He has held regional and global learning leadership roles with organizations such as Coca-Cola, BASF, and Allergan, where he supported leadership and capability development initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

As an ATD facilitator and Master Trainer in Accelerated Learning, Teck Lim designs learning experiences that engage participants and strengthen learning transfer into real-world application. He is the founder of Hexcellence™, the creator of the Hexcellence™ Growth System, and the author of Mindful Challenges Towards Peak Performance. He holds an MBA and the ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential.
